Shari and Harold affectionately known by their friends as, Mr. and Ms. Beef Jerky, have been giving away samples of this great beef jerky for the last ten years at:

Street fairs - and various specialty shows
In 1994 Mr. and Ms. Jerky started making two trips each year to
the east from the west (where beef jerky is a very big deal.)
We wanted to know if people in the east had beef jerky, would
there be a demand for great beef jerky, because even at Jerky
Hut's worst, it's the best beef jerky in the "known
universe".
After the 54th Sturgis Rally in South Dakota, Mr. and Ms. BJ decided to sell everything and move to Virginia. This is where we currently reside, and have set up our shop. We have been here almost 3 years now and it couldn't have turned out better if we planned it this way. We now have more then 50 Jerky of the Month club members who receive their shipments regularly each month. There's still room for you to join up, no membership fee, no mandatory duration to complete, quit any time, and no shipping or handling fee.
