Who Eats Jerky?
Men, women, children, and babies especially love to teethe on it.
Is Red Meat Bad For You?
It's not red meat thats bad for you, it's the green fuzzy meat that's bad for you.
Is It Salty Like All The Other Jerky?
We have 13 kinds of jerky, smoked, bbq, teryaki, ribs, and turkey. Some are a little salty, most are not.
How Is It Made?
We don't know ! We don't care ! As far as we know they push a cow into a little hole in the side of the barn, and out the other side on a conveyer belt comes boxes of beef jerky. The only thing we know for sure is that it is USDA inspected and it is not chopped, chipped, flaked, reformed, or regurgitaded in any way.
Do You Make It?
No although, I fancy myself quite a chef, we actually have trained professionals who get paid a salary to ensure, quality, and freshness.
Where Is It Made?
We own our own manufacturing facility outside Portland, Oregon.
Why so many choices?
Because we believe in America, and in America it comes down to choice . We must be able to have Freedom of Choice.
